My name is Kate Knott
My client’s range from pre and post natal mums to women in their 70’s looking to build strength and balance. My principles are based around restoring pelvic floor strength and restoring movement quality. This is done through a mixture of breathing and functional exercises to get you training with more confidence and less pain.
The Studio
A private, safe space in Elworth, Cheshire
The gym is fully heated with easy access parking directly outside. It is a completely private gym so 1-2-1 clients can feel at ease during their session.
